Pauls Car Crash

Paul used to come to the recording studio and hang out with the Ratz. It was great to have him around. He was funny and very helpful, we all enjoyed seeing him. One day on the way home after an exusting session we were all heading south on route 9 in kind of a convoy. This crazy driver came tarring down the highway and sideswiped Paul. In his haste to avoid him he hit the curb and actually flipped over. It was amazing but I was terrified something bad had happened to him. We all pulled over and ran to get him. I could not believe it, his car was upside down. There was gas running out. His little tires were still spinning going squeak, squeak, squeak. He crawled out, and in typical understated Paul fashion says, "I'm ok". But he was kind of wobbly and had little cuts all over him from the broken glass. So he went to the hospital, they did some x-rays, then we went home. Can you believe that? How many people get to flip a car and walk away with a chuckle? Well I have some great photos including a priceless one of them loading him in the ambulance waving bye, bye. But you can't see them here.
